I have seen this led flashing drinking cups in ww / coles during the new year season. But trying to buy 20 for a birthday party but seems expensive. Any reasonable priced ones, please let me know.

There's lots of cheap ones on ebay. All shipping from China it seems.
Sounds like the tacky sh!t that the reject shop, crazy Clint etc would sell. Try those.
