Kogan Mobile Issues with Calls at Strathfield NSW

I have recently moved to strathfield for work and am experiencing issues with my kogan mobile service.
I have 2 bars of 4G but unable to receive calls

Are there network issues with Kogan/Vodafone at the moment?

  Are you one of the lucky few that has VoLTE enabled on your Kogan Mobile service already (and your mobile phone supports VoLTE on the Vodafone network)? If not, your phone still has to drop back to 3G for calls - how's the 3G signal?

    Good question. Im suspecting it could be an issue with 3G…
    Just to confirm im not one of the lucky 5G'ers :(
