Google Pixel 7 Pre-Order from Officeworks - No Gifts Received

Did anybody pre-order their pixel 7 / 7 pro from Officeworks? I went to pick mine up today and was told the bundle kits (chromecast and google home) ships separately to my house from Google directly even though my phone order was a click and collect. I pre-ordered on Oct 7 which was 13 days ago and obviously nothing has turned up to my house yet. When I pre-ordered Pixel 6 last year from Officeworks the extra kits were picked up together with the phone. Did anyone here pre-order from Officeworks?

  I didn't pre-order through Officeworks, however did so through Telstra (Google Nest, Pixel Buds and Stand Charger)

  I had to go to the Google Redemption site and input my details, send them IMEI and invoice etc. and they approve and ship you the bundle after that.

      I think this URL is specific to the Telstra promo; so OW might have their own?

        Eek, why is that url so dodgy looking? Why is it not part of Telstra's or Google's website?

          @Nillionaire: yep I got the redemption with Telstra too and I had exactly the same thoughts when I saw it…link looked dodgy as hell.
