Each state/territory has different regulations when it comes to competitions. Could be that the promoter didn't want to apply for a permit for NT to be included.

The prize includes accommodation for the duration of the voyage in an unspecified twin-share standard outside cabin; all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurant); and selected non-alcoholic beverages during mealtimes. Cabins are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply depending on availability. The Galápagos Islands Nature and Wildlife Expedition Cruise is 4 cruise nights, 7 days. The booking needs to be made before 31st December 2022 for travel before 31st March 2024.
Prize does not include international airfares to Ecuador. The Hurtigruten Customer service team can assist the winner with booking these at own expense.
