  Highly unlikely. The pics also show a different region but shouldn’t matter.
  
  I got a bunch of games that have Australian cases but the cartridges are European from memory.

  The cartridge itself will be from Europe but the case will show it’s an Australian copy (with the NZ rating stuck on top). Should have no issues with redeeming the gold points for the eshop.

I bought a game that was US version, but could not claim the gold coin. Might be the same with this one if European?
