from Woolies few days before and was about to complete the cashback form and noticed I lost the original receipt :( Can someone please help me here?

yes. u need to know the date, time and total amount of the transaction.
Date, time are the most important - cause then they can sift through the transactions much quicker.
It also helps if you paid by credit/debit card, which will have transaction time, date AND amount.
Also, their receipt will have the last 4 digits of your card most likely which will speed up the process
i had a situation once when the printer had some problem and they couldn't give me a tax invoice at the checkout. so they mailed me out a copy of the receipt, but as i remember, it was just a computer printout.
Had that at Woolies a month or so back printed replacement receipt on A4 LOL
(they weren't over the moon doing it either) had to wander out to printer room or something !
Yep by law anyone registered for GST has to be able to give you a copy of a receipt (for items over $50 anyway). You just need to give them enough details to find it and prove that your purchased it. Generally a lot easier to do if you did it by card but I think most places won’t argue about a small cost item like that. Just last week I had to get a new receipt from bigw for an ipad I purchased about 2 months ago.
Was a bit shocked to note that Good Guys charges $15 for a replacement receipt (sign in local store)

Dont be stupid. if they send u their receipt how are they supposed to claim their cashback? u can only claim one cashback per purchase/receipt.
Just go back to woolies and tell them u lost ur recept and u want another copy.
