Edit: just saw all the complaints in he other thread, I actually bought two of them, and the other person is really happy with theirs also, maybe we are just lucky? Or maybe so many were sold that a few duds went through and the seller ended up being crap about it

got one, doesn't work after 1 week's use. I contacted them but they offered only 50% refund, that's after uploading photos & videos as evidence. Btw they're based in China so communication is as slow as communicating with someone on mars. Does anyone know how I can get 100% refund?
Re-sell your unit to someone in china, then offer a 50% discount when they complain to you.

Rubbish store support, bought a Trouver Power 11 died within 6 months. no response from this company
Never risking anything from the Xiaomi global store. Bought the Trouver a couple of years back and the battery died after 8months and no one (not Trouver, not Xiaomi, not the official Xiaomi Ebay store) would take responsibility for the warranty.
Don't risk getting another vacuum like Trouver! Landfill!
