I'm trying to order some "Rack it" shelving from Bunnings - due to the size and quantity, i'm looking to get it delivered.
Not all the items I need are available in my local Bunnings, and therefore when I go to add the item in my cart, it has a red cross in the "in store" and "click and collect" method, but delivery has a green tick. The delivery estimate is $40 which is fine.
So I proceed to add the items I need, but then when I go to my cart, it pops up:
"1 item(s) for delivery is not available. Please change to a nearby store to check for more stock."
This is the same item that has a green tick on it when I try and add it to my cart. Am I doing something wrong, is this a bug in the website or what?
I had a similar experience last week. From what I can gather, the delivery comes from your local Bunnings so if no stock there, they won't deliver. Also some things they won't deliver - fertiliser and matches in my case… Which I suppose in hindsight makes sense..
It was trial and error removing things until the delivery would go ahead. Not a very good UI.
