Cashreward Tracking Maximum Duration

I booked a hotel for Sept 2023 a few weeks ago. while the purchase is tracked. i am concerned that tracking might be an issue given the policy says cashback will be provided 90 days after stay.

Anyone had any exp with cashback that is payable more than 15 months in the future?

        How many weeks ago did op book the hotel? Answer: 2 as its at least a few, so 14 days.
        Which month does that make the booking in? Answer: September 2022
        How many months in the future from the booking is September 2023? Answer: 12 months, which is not 15!!!!

          Which means the cashback will be payable in December 2023 (i.e. 90 days after the stay, in September 2023).

          And December 2023 is 15 months after the booking, in September 2022.

    Good luck arguing your case for a purchase made 15 months prior when there's an issue with the cashback. If you need the cashback to make it a deal I would cancel the booking.

    I had a purchase from Amazon track fine but item went out of stock, after about 3 months or so waiting for the order to process my cashback claim was rejected while my Amazon order was still valid. Not exactly the same situation though.
