A pretty cool bottle design. Going to look nice next to my other Nikka's.

This is a blended whisky from three of their major outputs (Yoichi, MG, Nevis) that I would imagine would result in a sweet, floral, fruity and light style whisky. Maybe a touch of smoke from Yoichi. Nothing overly impressive I'm guessing, just easy and not challenging, suitable for a relax and unwind. Comments say this is a response to Suntory and their AO but this is not a big mash of International whisk(e)y.

Amazon are listing this themselves on for $139.99 (which I assume is the regular price) so for $99.99 it's alright in my books. But for $100, I guess there are quite a number of other whisky choices, totally subjective of course. Sticking with Nikka I much prefer the Nikka From The Barrel which could basically be the almost-cask-strength version of this Session whisky.
