I recently bought 2018 Rav4 GXL but it didn't have the Navigation SD Card. Toyota dealership quoted $323. Is there any way I could get the sd card without paying whooping $300+?

Nope that came in the 2019 model (new shape)
It's a standard double din stereo system. Find the $400-500 and swap it for a Carplay/AA compatible unit
Toyota maps are always out of date, even when brand new
Does it have CarPlay? Using Waze app is miles better than the Toyota in-built navigation.
