The eufy cams data on the hub can be wiped from the camera.
Does anyone know if anything online or someone has found out yet if their new version 3 products have this same problem? Because i know eufy didnt really seem to think it was a problem before…

I've just been reading.. yes, S330 eufycam (eufycam 3) is the latest cam/base but not available in Oz yet. Links below are the same SKU. Amazon.au also doesn't have them in stock in yet. All reviews I've seen are in the last 2-3 days only so it's a very new product

So does the Eufycam 2 series & Homebase V2.
The problem was that if someone held down the Reset button on the camera, it would unpair from the Homebase and any existing recordings would become inaccessible after that. It remains to be seen whether they've addressed this, though with the V3 addressing a lot of the other issues (or features they initially promised would come to V2 via update), I think we could see this one fixed.
I'd rather they fix their motion detection.
Do Ring devices exhibit the same resetting behaviour?
