McDonald's - Rewards Points Not Right

Anyone else noticed their rewards points aren't being paid out a the $1 = 100 points ratio?
I just noticed my last few orders have been all over the place but i'm spending say $18 on an order and getting way off the 1800 points i'm supposed to be getting?
heard of a few others in teh same boat but surely Maccas can check on an account etc and fix it up? or am I going to have to dig up each e-mail receipt and claim it somehow?

    I activated the 500 bonus points and it shows I spent $3.75 instead of $5 a few days ago and no bonus points came through. Yes it’s seems pretty dodgy I have purchased food last week and I didn’t get any points either.

    Yeah, my most recent one I spent ~$27 and only got 880 points, I thought something was weird and it would fix itself, but it hasn't…

    A: Of course! We’re always happy to help. It can take up to 30 mins for your points to appear on the app. If you still don’t have your points after 30 mins, follow these steps to contact us in the app:

    Select 'More'
    Select 'Careers, Contact & Legal'
    Select 'Contact Us'
    Enter your comments regarding your order, including your order number, subtotal and if there’s any reason you think you might be missing points (e.g. forgot to scan)

        I spend $35 and got 988 points. I contacted them and got a pre written response that they can’t see any error at their end. Ditching maccas if this is the new earn rate.

          Interesting. I've sent something, I'll see what they say.

          A few months ago, when I contacted KFC through the app because I was missing part of my boxed meal, they refunded the whole thing, not just a percentage, which was a surprise. I told them of this and they didn't respond. 🤷🏻‍♂️

        • Maccas just replied to me saying they added the missing points to my account today…can't see them in the app though 🤔

            • @justdigi: Seems like my total points have gone up, but just can't see an adjustment line item in the history to verify they did it correctly and can't be bothered doing the math, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt again. 😂

                @John Kimble: I tried 2 more times and eventually they did a points adjustment. Like yourself the total went up, but there is no transaction/line item for the adjustment. If it happens again, it's not worth my time following up, and I'd just stop eating there.

    my recent 2 orders only received around 60% points.
