Bought a few thousand dollars worth of gift cards on Shopback. It now no longer accepts my bank cards, I contacted my bank and there is no issues on their end. I contacted shopback and they act clueless. Has anyone experienced this crap before. Overreaching fraud prevention makes me sick. It's constantly interfering with my daily life. It produces the error message: Payment unsuccessful, please try again or use a different payment method.

He's a reseller, so in all likelihood he's going beyond fair use.
I've only spent around 6.5k, yeah I'm angry - loosing money due technical errors or fraud prevention garbage is rage inducing.
LOL… not suss at all.
If you have a genuine, recurring need for that sort of quantity, then reach out to their corporate folk to see if you can come to an arrangement.
All the brokies can downvote my comment if it helps them sleep at night, but let's focus on the issue at hand here and grow up a little. Shopback has an issue, we need a solution.

Poor people, common folk, tall poppy syndrome.
I don't know where you're going with this but I'm pretty sure Shopback will be perfectly fine without your business. They did have an issue but they cut you off. They're not obligated under any laws to do business with you.
Have you asked if there's a limit imposed by the gift card provider and/or Shopback?
Are you going beyond any fair use conditions as a consumer or are you using it for commercial means?
You seem quite angry and your phrasing would probably put off the customer rep etc from trying to help you resolve your issue.
