    Price matching Coles $3.50 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/727422

ha if you have the patients for them to do their price matching checks and make you wait ages and limit you to one pack then probably yes

they are a great pain to deal with for price matching and sometimes don't even honour it when it's legit

      • My local CW is very friendly.
I just went there and got a pack. paid with 10% off gift card. took me 20 seconds.

          That's good to know

Very rare CW has good customer service

      • Never had an issue

        • +1

Then you haven't shopped there enough

Statistically more times you go the more chances of bad customer service

I go there a lot so I've seen it all

          • @Poor Ass: Oh right you sound like a nice loyal customer.. I've shoppd there plenty.

Price matching a $2 50 item is a bit ridiculous

            • +1

              @G-rig: lol loyalty doesn't pay

              • @Poor Ass: Plenty of other places to Shop

                • +1

@G-rig: Yeah … For this one Coles had plenty

                  • @Poor Ass: Coles, woolies & Amazon have enough specials usually hey

I prefer the Colgate ones. The grip of the string around my fingers becomes too tight with these.

I was about to say this as well. The Colgate ones are worth the premium. These feel like they really cut into your gums and fingers. I think the difference comes down to Colgate being a flatter ribbon style floss which spreads the pressure across twice the surface area.

On the plus side, they work really well to get 3m stickers off walls!

      • Wait what's this hack with 3M stickers?

        • You use the floss to garotte and slice through 3m or equivalent wall stickers which protects your wall paint. The missus took out a chunk of old wall render trying to remove one and didn't know about this hack.

Same here, I used to buy the 100m Oral B pack for years. Now I buy the Colgate 100m pack on special.

      It’s worth it.

You're better off using tape instead of string, something I also recently started. Tape is not so tight on fingers plus it actually cleans better than a piece of string. Now on sale at Woolworths $3.20 : https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/101697/ora…

      • That‘s the only dental floss I use.

    Thanks OP, bought 4 packs

this product is rubbish. Use dr tungs super floss and you will never look back.

As my dentist always said… only floss the teeth you want to keep

  • This is now half-priced at Coles :)

Back in stock. Looks like a lot of people prefer Colgate floss. Each to their own and hopefully there's a good deal for that soon.
