spent a few grand. within 2 minutes cashrewards tracked the purchase, however it listed the excl GST amount and not the full amount I paid. Turns out to be around 18% cashback which is still great if it all goes through successfully.

Yes they are but with cash back are cheaper then normal rrp eg the rower ends up being $160 cheaper then standard pricing 1600. Confirmed with rep no other exclusions just conditions listed
I picked up the concept 2 from rebel with the last 16% cash rewards a few months ago, got the full cashback, worked out to about 1500, very happy with the purchase

So first time cashrewards user: made a purchase through the website last night, but still haven't received the tracking email. Does this mean I've stuffed it up somehow? I received confirmation from rebel that my item is ready to be picked up, so i have to do that first?
Unfortunately probably hasn’t. This happened to me yesterday even when I used the app. Rebel had my large it ready for pickup in no time but no tracking. The CR rep on here said might be my wireless and to try on 4G. Nevertheless I had to request a refund (rebel is overpriced) which has taken more the 24 hours already so I missed the deal. He tried to be helpful which appreciated but it shouldn’t happen if you are using the app. So disappointed with Cashrewards.
