Cashrewards declined all of my Amazon purchases I made during prime day. Wasn't there cashback on those days? especially for a kindle?
It's so hard to remember which order is which was well because the prices are different on my invoice than on shop back.

Maybe I'm in the wrong. I made purchases through shopback on the 12th and 13th. I thought for sure my kindle would've got cashback though.

Note there was a $20 cashback cap on your total spend, so transactions that exceeded this will be declined. If this does not apply, please PM your CR email address and details of your orders. During the 2 hour promotional period, 14% cashback for Amazon Australia (16% for ANZ Max members) is capped at $20 in total per member account, irrespective of the number of transactions made. Valid 4:00pm to 6:00pm Tuesday 12/07/22 (AEST).
Yup. Prime day was over 12-13 July from what I could gather.
