2580

Greetings everyone, some weird discounts are currently happening at Coles for Oral-B products, they have a further 50% discount on the half price specials for a range of items.

This toothbrush is especially cheap, it's usually around $60, but here it's $29.25 (a further 50%), so an awesome price :)

Oral-B Pro 1500 Highlights:

  • Unique round brush head cleans better for healthier gums
  • Pressure sensor alerts you if you brush too hard
  • Know you brush the right amount of time with the 2min professional timer
  • Comes with a compact travel case designed to hold your toothbrush handle and brush head
  • Visible Pressure Sensor
  • Round head: Surrounds each tooth for superior cleaning^ ^vs. a regular manual toothbrush
  • Content: 1 electric toothbrush handle with charger, 1 toothbrush head, 1 travel case

They've also got some cheap Toothpaste as well to add to get it over the $50 min spend threshold for C&C:

Not 100% sure whether it's this price in store, might be best to order for pickup just in case.

As always, enjoy!

        • do you have any luck to swap to smart 1?

        • I exchanged to smart 1

Pick up one from Coles Tuggerah,NSW store this afternoon. Didn't have price on it but using Coles app barcode scanned as the cheap $29.25. Woolies app says $130.
    That's one Christmas pressie sorted.

  • Picked up 3 this morning. 1 each for the kids and then a spare for me. Cross Action best heads I reckon. Just went through the self serve as if didn't scan was ready to leave and run.

All good though. Not sure what one I have now…but still going. Even if they last a year for $30 can't complain i reckon.

  • Ordered this morning. They cancelled my order!

    • At least saved you a trip. I ordered this morning and went there an hour ago only to find out it’s sold out.

  • +3

Haha sweet. Grabbed one. Scanned at $59 so got mine for free

    • Now this makes me feel like going to get one! Did the price tag show the sale price or did you show the online price?

      • I saw it on the end with a normal white ticket for $29 but the shelf still had the normal $59 ticket. I scanned with the app and it scans at $29 but went through self serve and scanned at $59.

Tell us how you go if you go and get one

      • +3

Was a scanning error, so they gave to me for free

  • Meh… out of stock in my area

  • can't find any in stock wonder if any store will do raincheck

    • I successfully got rain check at Coles greenacre

  • Guys just a bit off topic. Which oral B or other brand has a simple flat charging dock? These brush has this insert at the bottom which accumulates dust or bacteria as it’s always wet after coming in contact with water. It’s hard to clean as well.
Any suggestions? I don’t know why Oral B didn’t address this silly design flaw.

    • I have a vitality brush from gosh, 8 years ago, and I dry it after each use. No issues with dust, dirt, mold, or bacteria underneath the brush.

  • They swapped mine for pro 100.

Order went through at 29.95 still.

    Thinking of returning

    • could you request to wait until the Pro 1500 comes back in stock?

      • I'll ask but unlikely they'll have any stock. I checked and pro 100 is 39 full price. Definitely not worth 29. Returning

        • They couldn't say when 1500 would be back in stock. Happily processed my return

    • Pro 100 is not worth $30

    • +1

they swapped mine to pro 800 and I exchanged to smart 1 in store

      • how did you get them to exchange it to the smart 1?

        • tell the pro 800 is downgrade the smart 1 is the better one. then they refund the pro 800 and price match the smart 1 to pro 800

          • +1

@RichardF89: lucky you. They gave me the crappy base model and wouldnt budge

            • @SpendLess: the base model is $25 right now. the $30 item out of stock and they give you a $25 replacement???. I have 3 items out of stock the replacements are all equal or higher current price without extra payment

              • @RichardF89: yeah he said he refunded the price difference though haha

i checked the shelves and they did have the other models in stock as well…

  • My click and collect was cancelled, saying no stock.

  • Ordered 4 for my family with easiest possible pickup.

Ended up getting 3. I’m very happy with that, thought it was all going to be OOS.

Just visited Coles Point Cook store, they refused to do rain check.

Staff said this item is showing $58 on their system.

Staff said it must either be a different item (altough barcode and photo looked identical) or it is an online exclusive deal.

    Walked out with empty hands.

  • Thanks, got one from sippy downs.

    • imahippy, did it scan at $29.25?

  • they swapped mine to pro 800 and I exchanged to smart 1 in store.

  • Showing as temporarily unavailable online now

  • I just grabbed the last one at Footscray Coles. I thought it would have been gone since I went in late.

  • ANyone know the rpm on these, and others? They used to have ratings, now they don't.
Kids have a vitality and it's really slower.

  • This toothbrush is amazing. So good, that after 5 years of hammering it I bought the exact same one again.

  • Been using mine for 3 years now no issues, I get about 2 weeks worth before having to recharge. Wetherill park coles actually had it advertised for 29.25, picked one up and there were 4 left.

  • Temporarily unavaliable now

  • All gone… Feeling sad. I ordered 2 of the Pro 1500 (2x $29.25) and they delivered 1 of the Pro 800 ($50). Wonder why they didn't just cancel my order due to lack of stock. On the line with support now.

  • It says temporarily unavailable on their website.

  • They had them in store but now not sure what price they will be at the checkout. I got one yesterday but went back today to get another couple. Had a price error tag on the shelf.

  • The price is gone back up to $58.50 for the Oral-B 1500

    • +2

Yea this is the case for the coles around me as well. And even though it's $29.25 online, in-store refuses to price match. It's unavailable online as well so seems like they're doing damage control.

  • They subbed mine with the cheapest one haha
He said we did refund you the difference… yeah no thanks…
Still better models on the shelf but they wouldnt sub it for those

  • No stock to fullfill my online order. Sad

  • Went to store and got a raincheck no problem. Just hope they will get it back in stock.

  • There were some 1500s in stock at my local Coles today but the specials tag shows $58.50. Also scanned the barcode on Coles app which also came up as $58.50.

  • Got one Jimboomba, still had the white tag up on the shelf at $29.25 even though it rang up at $58 , one left but tag gone.

  • Coles pulled the Pro 1500 off their website.

  • They've restocked at World Square Sydney but back to their normal price of $130. Buy 2 and second one is half price tho.

Staff said last week's price was an error.
