Cheap GPS with Lifetime Map updates

Hi, what is the cheapest anyone can find either a garmin or navman with Lifetime map updates for. Trying to get one for under $150 if possible.

If you've got an iPhone buy the Tom Tom app. $75 map updates free & you can take it with you anywhere. Also redownloadable as many times as you like

If planning to use an iPhone, just use the WhereIs app. Free and anlways up to date.
