I have activated both "3x points" and "Buy $30 get 1200 points", both have overlapped offer period.
If I buy $30 at Coles, which offer will get used?
"Buy $30 get 1200 points" is better deal obviously, but I activated the "3x" because the "3x" offer appeared first.
That would be good. I actually have another "10x points" now, so three offers with overlapping period in total.
yes, as long as the date overlaps, all boosters should work. I have experienced this in the past.

All activated Flybuys offers for Coles will be triggered (as long as the dates for each booster overlap, etc), unless one of the Flybuys offers states in the fine print (or words to the effect):
You cannot use this in conjunction with any other bonus points offer.
I have only ever seen this clause in two Flybuys offers for Coles within the last few years:
For 1., I was still able to stack it with a 5x Flybuys points on fresh meat offer sent to my account, which meant I effectively earned 24x points on the beef purchase.
However, for 2., it started and ended within the timeframe of the 3x Flybuys points storewide on all Coles-branded products, and the 20x offer was never triggered. I complained to Flybuys, and they basically said “sorry, your purchase was against the terms of the 20x offer, because you earned points from the 3x offer”. I pointed out that I could not opt in or out of the 3x offer, plus the 20x points offer started and ended within the timeframe of the 3x offer, so it would be impossible to earn points from the 20x offer, and Flybuys’ response was “it was an error, the relevant team will be notified, but your purchase was still against the terms of the 20x offer”. 🤷♂️
