Vodafone Customers - if you recently upgraded, did Vodafone charge you $10 delivery fee ?

Hi bargainers =)

Ive noticed that vodafone have charged me $10 delivery fee for my SG3.

Is it just me, or is vodafone charging all over-the-phone upgrades $10 delivery?

yea, they charged me $10 for shipping. It came in a box without any bubble/protective wrapping. Not cool when you pay $600 for a phone and your phone has already been tossed around in the box.

Was the fee advised to you in advance of the upgrade? You do have a right to be told about the fees and charges associated with your contract, and if this came as a total surprise it suggests that Vodafone isn't telling its customers well enough.

Yes. they intended to charge me but then I told them i didn't get charged 3 months ago. They waived the delivery eventually.

I upgraded yesterday and was very surprised when she told me about the delivery fee. She happily wiped it along with other "upgrade" discounts.
