I have never had any problem withdrawing money from my PayPal account to my bank balance until now. At the moment the functionality does not seem to be there. Have tried getting assistance from PayPal on Facebook and Twitter but can’t seem to get a real person to answer. Has anyone else had the same problem and have a solution? Any advice would be much appreciated.

How bad are the fees these days?
Says now ‘fees may apply’ for non instant transfers, hopefully still free.
when was the last time you withdrew? did you update your account? a while back i vaguely remember having to update some details on account or they said the account would be locked down. I withdrew money from my paypal to my bank account last Friday, landed in account Monday. Not too bad.
A few months ago. There is only one update not done and that is because it won’t accept my bank details. But PayPal has had these details for years and I have been withdrawing no problem up until now. Thanks for your help.
Do you have another account you can input? Sounds like your account was locked down.
IIRC they did it to combat money laundering.
Great idea, thanks. I have set this up but you have to wait at least a day whilst they deposit two small amounts in to confirm the account. Hopefully this will work.
share a screenshot of what the page looks like when you want to transfer out. Maybe the portal has just shifted layout, etc.

Can you access here when logged in? This should be the page to be able to transfer to your bank account.
Or are you stuck at this step and don't have any option to withdraw from here into your account?
Thanks. There is no option appearing to tick (no circles) so stuck at that step. Bank account details don’t come up like in yours.
Putting another bank account into PayPal worked. Thanks everyone for your assistance.
One good thing I got out of this was a working PayPal phone number for Australia: 02 8223 9500 so hope it helps someone in the future.
Generally, I haven't had any issues withdrawing funds from PayPal. It's the time frames that are annoying. Also, the fees are ridiculous now. What issues are you having?
