Which One? Inspiron 16 Plus or Legion 5 Pro 16 if Both Are Same Price?

  • AMD is last year. If that helps

    • yeah what Jizmo said

      comparing intel's 2022 line up vs amd's 2021
also it has DDR5 compared to older DDR4

      https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-12700H-v…
it is 32% effective speed higher ranked on userbenchmark

    • For the laptop, I picked AMD, with better battery life. If you don't care about battery life and just want more performance. then Intel.

I would also pick Legion 5 pro. much better build quality than Dell Inspiron.

  • At 16" I assume it's a desktop replacement and not going to be moved around much or run off battery and the screen will be your primary screen. So with a better screen, double the built in storage and plenty of performance, I think the Inspiron will be most fit for purpose.
