First time posting. This is the barefoot recommended pillow (I'm sure everyone already knows that). $80 seems pretty good, I've been keeping an eye on this for a while, but nearly missed this. In store it's marked as $114, but online and also at the register it comes up as $80. I think the sale might end today.
I've just got home with this, seems pretty great so far!!!
Any honest feedback on these ones? I'm used to feather pillows which i can reshape to my liking when sleeping, so not too sure about going with latex just because barefoot recommends it.
Latex is ok, used to buy these til I figured out Kmart does the same shit at fraction of the price. Smell takes a few weeks to go with latex as well.
Which one at Kmart? Need to get 4…

Latex is fairly firm, and stays firm. It's excellent for side sleepers. For back sleepers, you can still try a latex pillow, but i'd try the contoured one, as it has a low and high side depending on your preferences.
If you like feather pillows you will likely not enjoy latex pillows. I detest feather pillows exactly BECAUSE I have keep waking up all night to reshape my pillow. I just do not at all understand why you would want that. They are high when you first go to sleep, then in the middle of the night your head is basically on the mattress. I find it baffling that anyone would like that, but obviously many people do.
The Dunlopillow classic is exactly the right height and softness for me when I first put my head down, and then an hour later it is just the same… same at midnight, same at 3am same at 6am. The BIG bonus with the Dunlopillow, is that it is still exactly the same 10-15 years later.
Thanks for that! i bit the bullet and bought one. I do like the flexibility of the feather pillow as i can switch positions and readjust it during the night to suit my needs, BUT that might be what's preventing me from having a good sleep. This "firmer" one might unconsciously force me to stay in a more fixed position and sleep better. Cheers!
It's pretty good, but its definitely a different feel. If you like the feeling of a soft pillow closing around your head when you lie on it then this is not the pillow for you. I have 2 of these and 2 of the Medium High Profile versions.
The Mediums feel quite soft initially but are quite firm to lie on. Would probably be better for someone who is a side sleeper with broader shoulders. This classic would be suitable for most.

I love this pillow. I’m a fan of latex pillows and was using another brand for years; when it came to replacing it I thought I’d try the barefoot recommendation and am not disappointed. I paid $90 for mine at Harris Scarfe in January, looks like I could’ve gotten a way better price but 🤷🏻♀️
$74.99 at Harris Scarfe with free delivery over $90. However I’d personally order through Spotlight, I’ve had issues with HS delivery times and order cancels.
