Anyone had trouble redeeming their code on an item that's on sale?
Yeah, I'm trying to get a Quantum mic and a pair of Quantum TWS earbuds (both are on sale) and when I put the promo code in, it says it's applied but the price doesn't drop. I'll send JBL an email and see what they say, wouldn't be surprised if they come back saying that the promo code will only work if the product/s aren't on sale and are at full price.
Edit: Sent the email, we'll see what they say
Yeah that's what I'm thinking now. Bit misleading if that's the case as there's no mention of that in the fine print in the email the code came in.

Interesting though, you can add another discount code at checkout. If you use Edge it can apply coupons automatically. There's a 20% off code which brings the sale price down even lower.
Yet we can't use these store credit coupons
For those trying to use their codes on sale items I messaged JBL on Twitter about the error. They said it's been fixed and my code now works so check yours :)
Tried to buy a Partybox but code wouldnt work. Live chat agent says code should work for it tomorrow.
Code still doesnt work. Messaged them on Twitter and got this response;
"Thanks for the reply. Please be advised that our coupon codes are currently disabled from November 17 to November 28 in light of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales since most of our products are exclusively in a great deal within these dates. Our coupon codes will be valid to use starting on November 29 onwards."
Oh that sucks. How odd that I got a different resppnse as I mentioned above.
