Postage of a Steam Deck from USA - Best Option

Hi all
I have a friend in the USA who is able to buy me a Steam Deck but I just need to arrange / look into the postage from his house to mine.

Is there a suggested option that is affordable and reliable? Is USPS as good as any? Any idea how insurance works? Thanks in advance!

Would your friend not just go to a post office and ask for international delivery costs for packages?

Why would you need to organise that? You would just pay the cost to your mate.

If you go ahead with this, what issues would you run into regarding:
-warrenty?
-repair?
-power converters?
