I'm having a debate with my son who is led to believe this mate is getting $35 an hour at Kmart. (No loading)
Anyone have any info to share?
Thanks!

Do you mean 'what' the pay rates are? Look here: https://www.glassdoor.com.au/Hourly-Pay/Kmart-Hourly-Pay-E37…
Average for casual appears to be around $21ph.
Glassdoor is total trash tier
there are 360 different pay rates listed under kmart on glassdoor, don't waste your time
this 'might be it'
general retail award, scroll down to table
"B.3.1 Full-time and part-time junior employees other than shiftworkers—ordinary and penalty rates"
not sure why 'junior' includes 20 year olds though
<$35 unless public holiday, but I might have wrong table

The Kmart Agreement 2018 came into play in November 2019: https://national.sda.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/KNA-2…
It really depends what “level” they are and whether they are casual or not, but go to Schedule 1-12 at the end of the document.
Thanks, i found this one the other day but he didnt accept it, even though the rates were cstering from 2018 to 2022.
It’s definitely this.
The most recent rates for July 2022 will remain until a new EBA is agreed. The new EBA may be backdated, but until a draft EBA is prepared, no one knows what the rates will be.
Probably pays more than the 5* hotel I work at.
Easier to complain than do something I guess
Easier to comment than not comment I know ;)
Try googling Kmart award.
