Still not worth
How much did you pay for your 1080? I paid about $600 so this is a solid $1k more which is wild.
800 in 2016
Same as me about $800 on an amazon deal for evga 1080ti sc still running solid smashes most games with good fps 0 reason to blow silly amounts of money on overpriced cards the fact these were selling $2000+ upwards of $3000 for some cards and now are dropping continous just goes to further the point that they were just extremely overpriced
Not sure who downvoted you lol… your statement is a perfectly rational question
$900 we have a deal.

Considering that the ASUS TUF model is only $50 more, i'm not sure if this one is even a deal.
If dlss 3 is only supported on the 40 series cards you should not include dlss as a factor when buying a 30 series card, will Nvidia keep supporting dlss on 30 series cards?. Will game developers implement both dlss 3 and dlss that works on older cards on new games?
Please feel free to argue your point because if it plays out like this Nvidia are being real douche bags. I guess we won't know till the new cards arrive.
With that logic and $350 more again, you have the ti. Worth?
The tuf 3090ti was only $50 more fore $1649 the other day
they say it's a "HOT DEAL"
Wrong comment next one up lol
Haha whoops. Was apparently past my bedtime
DLSS 3 is a superset of DLSS 2. In other words to implement DLSS 3 they already need to have DLSS 2, which 30 series cards will support.
https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator - for those upgrading
thanks for the link, my current setup shows as below. I have a 450 W PSU, right on point
Load Wattage: 394 W
Recommended UPS rating: 850 VA
Recommended PSU Wattage: 444 W
Dont care, 4090 better.
maybe if this was the Ti version I'd be more excited
Reminder to not buy an nvidia card if you use Linux š
I remember buying a GTX970 for $500 back in the day and i thought that was alot of money, was 1/3 of my build.
I'm still using mine now.. GPU prices are nuckingfuts. No way am I spending the $ they're asking for new cards.
Same, don't game anymore and happy to play BF4 when i feel like it.
Best game ever! No map can beat siege of shanghai.
Not a bad price, but the rumours must be true about the 4090.
Either this in dual sli 48gig for $3000, or 1 4090 for $2999+
Question is, it's impossible to sli-2 4090.
why?
well I doubt any systems capable of running those massive 2.5kg(in current form) Weight bells that will be taking up 4 panes, hell you'll need a 1500psu, with a 8 lane board xeon-threadripper territory.
So these are either a bargain or poorly capable under the Omnivers-s ada(pipeline) architecture.
Or Nvidia's lying as embargoes hold.
I got sick of holding and got the 3080 10GB at the WORST possible time for what ended up being $2,400. Accidentally bought stock sourced from NZ and had to pay GST and import duties.
Gave me flashbacks to when I got a GeForce card a month before they released an updated version with vastly improved pixel shader support.
At least I can still play with stable diffusion on the 3080, but extra memory would have been nice.
you can't even afford $800 lol, why bother commenting? your hodl comments have no substance.
