It's been quite a while since there's been a lot of really low priced bits and bobs from China (remember Gearbest?) and this store on AliExpress seems to have quite a few for under a dollarydoo. Each item is limited to 1 per customer and they don't stack with cashback.

    A throwback to 2016-2018, when you could get the Xiaomi Version for ~AU$1

    Miss the fan version; great during summer to plug into power-banks.

          These fans(aliexpress.com) with the 4 blades and 3 speed settings can pump a serious amount of air. Sold by various sellers and great for the price. Can be found without ears elsewhere.

                    @Clear: Ah I did see those ones but I'm actually after a fan w/o a battery. Thinking of wiring one up to an exercise bike that has usb-c output. Probably have to stick a hub in between.

                      @highon2str: Definitely worth the money I think. The 3rd speed pushes a serious amount of air and will be good for the exercise bike.
