  There's a third party seller with it for $89 but they're 'just launched' and no feedback, their other stuff is priced suspiciously low as well like $15 speed champions, can they scam or does Amazon cover it if they never deliver?

    I got scammed by such as seller for some item worth $450. Amazon quickly processed a refund within a day of me making the complaint. The scammer had some elaborate set up where they gave you a tracking number and it reported the item as being delivered etc. Ofcourse no item, no proof of delivery and when I contacted the scammer, they said they would resend the item, but you never heard from them again.

    All in all, I would avoid new sellers with no history or presence on Amazon.
