Terms and Conditions

  • Note: The '$ to go' amount that appears when you start the challenge is the pre GST amount.
  • This challenge entitles you to $30 bonus cashback when you spend $50 or more in one transaction (inclusive of GST, exclusive of delivery & all other fees) at Microsoft through ShopBack between 15th September 2022 12.00am AEST to 30th September 2022 11.59pm AEST.
  • Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.
  • Limited to one bonus per customer.
  • Available while redemptions last.
  • The $30 bonus cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you'll receive shopping at Microsoft.
  • The $30 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.
  • Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those in which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, purchasing excluded products/categories).
  • Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.

    I can still see this. People started it but haven't bought anything. Starting is not a guaranty to getting gift card.

    334 participants, but looks like only about 5 people have bought.

            @Bretttick: Participants is not the same as claimed.

            There can be 500 people in a race, but only first 100 people to cross the finish line will get the reward. If you've done everything right, it should track and you'll get the $30 gift card, unless, you cancel the order haha.

              @CodeXD: I didn't cancel order yet trying now, Cashback tracked, spent $90 and only got $1.75.

              Confirmed challenge completed, the reward will be sent soon. Then says it will be sent once Cashback confirmed.

                @Bretttick: I don't understand what your issue is, everything you have described sounds like what should happen.

                The $1.75 is standard cashback rate based on what you bought. Are you expecting this to be higher?

                Since challenge is completed (this is from the description):

                $30 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.

                My previous comments regarding $30 gift card is incorrect, this is $30 cashback so it goes back to your shopback account.

                  @CodeXD: Sweet that's what I was worried about the $30. I've usually had trouble when it comes to any cashbacks over $10 limit. I'll wait and see.

                  Thought I would of seen the $30 when Cashback tracked.

      Takes ages for challenges to be tracked and confirmed, mine is still pending for last two months for a similar one with microsoft.

    I wouldn’t bother with them - the last Microsoft challenge didn’t track for me, and when putting in a claim it finally came back today saying rejected.

    I even used the ShopBack app on my phone to do the purchase, but for the usual “other browsers extensions interfere and can impact your claim”

      Since the surface mouse is listed at $54.95, it should count towards the challenge as long as the regular cashback from Microsoft tracks :)
