  • Can someone explain how this works? Applicant needs 15% of valuation for deposit on property. So how is Westpac/BOM going to claw back the LMI of 3%? With inflated P&I Variable?

    OP to clarify that 15% deposit doesn't include closing costs… so another $50K potentially?
