I love Dying Light, and have spent hundreds of hours playing both the base game and DLC content.
This deal includes the base game, as well as the massive 'The Following' DLC.
Well worth $15 in my opinion!

Yes, it is a Steam key.
These third party keys are dodgy and unreliable at times. Goodness knows where they are sourced from. Very unlikely that the developers get a cut…
real bargain in the comments! I was immediately sent an email after purchase with a link for the activation code. Added the code to steam no hassles and currently downloading the game :)
Glad it worked! Third party key sellers aren't always 100% reliable, I have had one or two instances where the key they gave me was dud. However, after-sales support was good and within 2 weeks I had received a refund after providing 1 or 2 screenshots. Majority of the time however, the key has a) been for the correct game and b) working/activating fine on Steam.

Agree 100%. Techland's post launch support for this game should be the standard for all games.
I heard this game is co-op - is that true?
