    Funny, I just finished a few squares of tha Moser Roth Finest dark chocolate with a hint of sea salt and this post appears.
    Caramel needs to be thicker as even out of the fridge, it's too liquidy for my liking.

        Actually am confused as the pic ahown is not what I have regardless of the description being the same. Mine is full of caramel whereas Pic makes out its all chocolate with crunchy butter caramel pieces. Weird.

          You have the chocuer version already then, it's got caramel and it's a bit runny but it tastes fantastic. Just eat a whole block at a time.

          100% at a minimum, or I pass, personally. It’s not common knowledge, but it’s possible to get more than 100% chocolate by subjecting it to extreme pressure. This is perfect for dense chocolate lovers, like myself

    My favourite is the moser Roth dark with almonds and raspberries. Moser topped the list in a blind taste test on choice.

      "Milk" "chocolate" is neither milk nor chocolate; it's margarine (trans fat) with HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), with a hint of cocoa to pass regulation and artificial colouring (caramel E150) to cheat consumers into thinking it's actually chocolate.

        Ingredients of Cadbury milk chocolate in Australia: full cream milk, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, milk solids, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 476), flavours.

        Point to the margarine. Point to the HFCS. Point to the caramel E150. Explain how 27% cocoa solids is "a hint of cocoa".
