Just based on your experiences on how well are the public sector services, handle your requests or complaints in professional and timely manners, or are they truthful in regards with performing their duties and responsibilities etc. Please rate “S” from 0 extremely unsatisfied to 10 extremely satisfied on whether their overall services are satisfactory and “H” from 0 lazy to 10 hardworking on whether they are lazy or hardworking. The public sector services include public hospitals, police departments, public transportation departments, local councils, complaints offices etc. regardless they are state or local.
Please feel free to make any suggestions if you think I have missed out anything else.

Any desk job role is severely underutilised, people are running at 40-50% capacity most of the time with 10% of the staff doing the heavy lifting
I had great experiences with the doctors at several public hospitals who worked tirelessly and yet still had high attention to details but was only after getting through those rude nurses at the counters though.
@wtfnodeal: IMHO Doctors and Nurses and to a degree teachers are the few careers that actually operate at 100% consistently and should be paid more.
Desk jobs, be it managers, admin, etc are really there to make up the numbers and operate at stupid low utilisation rates.(I may be one of them).
@Drakesy: Yeah those managers, complaints officers etc, 90% of them don’t know what their job descriptions are and the remaining 10% just try to push you to other departments to make it someone else’s problem.
