Google store birthday sale for the next three days.
Price for 6 Pro still 50$ more than the recent 999$, not sure if Offceworks would price match the Google offer.
You also get some special phone case with a birthday design.

Well next time someone recommends a Pixel phone for a "clean" experience, at least you'll know quietly that they really need to shut up. I have trouble understanding the logic of choosing a Pixel over a S series. Everything just seem to be worse.
I dunno, I guess experiences just range so much. I've never been able to worry less about phone problems than I have with my Pixel. I guess this is why we have multiple brands that serve different people well, and the world keeps spinning.
The pixel 2 was the best phone experience I've ever had. Everything just worked, while allowing me to customise whatever I needed to. It was like the absolute best of both worlds of iPhone and Android.
Maybe the hardware in the recent generation sucks? I don't know. My Samsung s20fe, a step down from 'flagship' has honestly been a total PITA, both hardware and software.
Do whatever works for you, I guess.
There comes a time when you stop talking about ancient glory. You must have gotten lucky your pixel 2 didn't have oled screen issues but it sounds like you never bought the pixel 3 or 4 or 5. No point in talking about almost 5 years old releases.
Sony made a great xperia z2 with the first water and dust proof design and even though they are now making even better phones, they're no longer even relevant in this market.
Can you not return it if it is not working properly?
Mine overheats for no reason
Pixel 7 is coming out in beginning of October.
Yeah couple of hundred bucks discount from RRP set two years ago is hardly a bargain?
Pixel 6 didn’t come out two years ago
Is there microSD slot? Otherwise 128GB is craps
No. If it's crap, you get 256GB or 512GB
Common, it's not as advanced as a Realme or Xiaomi, Google is not at a technological level to be able to install an SD card reader.
There is good business reasoning behind not putting in an SD card reader.
Yep, same as not putting a charger/cable/case/cover… But Chinese phones normally are not very good at photos. That's a big drawback for some.
I suppose people have differing needs but I have never even needed 64gb so 128gb is still plenty more.
I managed to get a Nest Hub Max just now for $236.55 from OW having price matched Google's Store. Not the best price ever but decent enough for local stock.
Don't forget you also get Google store credit for selected One subscription.
You can also get Nest Audio for $99. Or $97 from Bunnings. I just price matched one ✌️
$1199 for the 512GB pro.
Dammit, I just bought a Pixel last week. Need that free case :(
If ordering a Pixel 6a, don't forget the extra 5% off coupon too. Don't need to be a student to get a code from UNIDAYS. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/721513
Even after multiple updates the phone will still drop out multiple times per day
Pretty disappointing
