I don't own this monitor, so I don't know if it's highly rated or not. But specs look decent, given the price. QHD, IPS Panel, 170Hz refresh, 1ms response, etc.
Surcharges: 1.2% Card & PayPal, 2% AmEx.

I think the only problem is the 250nits might be abit too low
That's pretty low, unusually so.
At this price for an SDR only monitor I wouldn't say it's crazy low. Though it's always a bit hard to judge based on the nits listed on the spec sheet since you never know what conditions the manufacturer uses to get the brightness stats.
Shipping cost kills the deal for me as I’m in a “rural” area unfortunately
I think they've added free shipping!
Apparently this monitor isn't very good. According to this post, the brightness, colours, viewing angles and response time are quite poor.
Yeh, I read that too. But it was one guy's opinion, followed immediately by another opinion to the contrary in the comments.
I bought this monitor in January after reading the same post thinking it wouldn't be that bad and I have regretted it. The motion blur is some of the worst I've seen and affects tasks ranging from scrolling webpages to gaming. I originally bought it for gaming but the blur is so bad I have gone back to using my 60 Hz monitor as it looks more fluid and natural despite the way lower refresh rate.
Price looks really good for the specs
