The first of 2 things I saw at Costco tonight that I thought deserved a post. It is showing up online at this price, but out of stock. There is stock available at Docklands, and maybe other places as well.

If you can’t afford an ipad, go for this one.
Or a Galaxy Tab A8 with an extra GB of ram and extra storage for less than $100 more?
For the same price you could get the ipad 9 64 gig? idk i want it for gaming just unsure what to get
Where can you get an iPad 9 for ~$200?
this or an ipad?

* Both of them collect your location data for the life of the device, despite your location, bluetooth & wi-fi settings being OFF (both Apple and Google are exempt from your choice of OFF)
* Both Apple and Google are contractors for State intelligence.
* Both are equally good at surveillance, with Apple going the extra distance (ie. their devices acting as an AirTag when the unit is switched 'OFF', for example)Unless you are willing to flash compatible devices with http://cweiske.de/lineage-devices.htm LineageOS or similar custom firmware (or at the very least, buy a faraday bag), you will not escape the continuous location data being fed to Apple and Google.
You have made 5 comments on OB, don't you think the CIA and State Intelligence already found out of your whereabout? Your digital footprints already are all over the place. Buying an ipad is the least of your worry.

I understand your overwhelming lack of concern about a device that spies on your location (and those near you) for the life of the device, even when completely powered "OFF" (or when location, bluetooth and wi-fi is 'OFF'). I understand your complete lack of desire about Apple's real activities while advertising themselves as 'privacy'.
https://odysee.com/@RobBraxmanTech:6/apple-quack:aMy post is not for you.
I post for those that do care.
Feel free to not care for as long as possible, and if you can help it, don't bother replying to my posts. OK? They are quite easy to ignore. Feel free to downvote though.Express that lack of care by downvoting.
You may have noticed you have nothing important to say, so downvoting is best.
This isnt really a sale price, its kinda normal low.
Galaxy a8 better if you don't need smaller tabletsMissus saw it in Ringwood yesterday too. Stock definitely around.
Not a crazy deal but you could do worse.
