I have a samsung galaxy prepaid mobile phone A21s. I have been using the livebetter app and shopback etc. The screen has been flickering, going off and coming back on, now it is completely black. Can these die? I will need to get another prepaid phone, have 53000 telstra plus points

Apparently excessive use of the vibrate alert causes premature death.

Did the phone get wet? Was it dropped? Did anything happen to it when this behaviour started occuring?
Do you have any photos or videos of the device demonstrating the issue?
Have you tried contacting Samsung support or taking it to a Samsung store to see if they can help?
