Kindle Fire

Hi Guys

Is anyone here got a Kindle fire? Is it worth of having one? Look it up on the internet and most of comments are negative. But the rating on Amazon is still high.

This will be my 1st Android tablet.

    Look into the Ramos W17 Pro tablet. It has similar specifications to the Kindle Fire, although it lacks a IPS display it does come with

    16GB of internal NAND storage (versus 8GB)
    1GB of RAM (versus 512mb on the Kindle)
    SD Card expansion slot
    and a much lower price tag.

    I have kindle fire. It is good if you are in US. In Australia we do not have access to the android market. You can root it. On Amazon there is a specific forum of Australian Kindle fire owners. Another drawback is 16GB internal memory, which is not expandable.

    It is good for web browsing on wifi. No 3G.
