Considering getting a vegetable spiralizer to try making vegetable noodle alternatives. (Zoodles, Coodles, Swoodles, etc)
Have never given it a go, and if it works out well we'll probably regularly use it in food prep.

Looks like the sort of thing you buy, use twice, think it's great and then whack it in the back of the cupboard behind the old percolator, bread maker and ice-cream maker.
