    lulz. bogan pride right here

    • +3

Why is being a proud Australian a bogan?

      • +1

It isn't the same thing, now where are my keys for the Kingswood…

      • When I see an Aussie Flag on an iPhone cover…I see an iPhone funded by their Baby Bonus. Yes it screams Bogan.

      • +2

Is that the only way of being a proud Australian? Are people who don't slap the southern cross on all their possessions at the drop of a hat not being proud australians somehow? Perhaps they just choose to express their pride in non-bogan ways.

Look at this picture - http://www.abc.net.au/tv/talkingheads/img/th_2008_gu_m157248… that's Sir Gustav Nossal. A living national treasure, and a companion of the order of australia (among his many other awards). He has actually contributed something to this country.. namely his life's work . He has something to show for his pride… how does he display his pride? .. that tiny little lapel pin he's wearing.

What do the bogans who stagger around the beach on Australia day pissed off their heads with australian flags draped over their shoulders have to show for their pride.. mostly nothing apart from the happy coincidence that they happened to pop out of an orifice in this particular geographic location, rather than another.

Anyone can say they have "Aussie pride" and not think any more deeply than that. What makes someone a bogan is if he never asks himself what it is specifically about being Australian that he can claim credit for and be proud of, and whether there is another way to express his pride.. Not saying all people who wave flags act like bogans, but a lot of them do.. there's no causal link there but there's a strong correlation.

what is this?! advertisement?! just a show.

    • sorry not sure what you mean,

i'm a rep so yes its an advertisement of course, but i have thrown in a great deal from an already low price in comparison to other products of the same nature and an extra 40% off with any other purchase.

  • up and coming artists, some award winning masters of their field

Yeah it really show, with avant-garde images such as skulls, leopard print and this masterpiece. Junk

    • Hi there,

we are a new company about 3 months old as it states "that's why in the coming months you'll see us ADD work from up and coming artists and some masters form their field.

Some of the work is from Russell Tate a very well established illustrator who has worked for Mambo, Telstra, Hackerthon, NASA as well as various magazines worldwide.

seriously before passing judgement with a personal bias please read the whole sentence not just what you want to.

Yes. Congratulations on your start-up. All the best in the coming months. However, you're missing the point of ozbargain. It's bargain not advertising.

    • sorry i thought my low prices and extra bonus offer was a bargain.

most of these products sell for 3 times as much as what i do and i have thrown in the bonus 40% of any second purchase.

      isn't that a bargain

      Example
      http://www.wrappz.com.au/devices/phones/apple/iphone-4-4s/70…
      19.95 + Postage

rip off considering how much they cost to make.
