  The ones I got do look brand new with the seals still on. Evidence of refurbish - one of the camera mounts was not in a plastic bag. That's about it

  BTW, in case anyone didn't know. these aren't waterproof. I had 2 outdoors that got rained on, both misted up, 1 is now broken, doesn't work at all, the other's image is permanently low quality like looking out through a dirty window, even after many weeks of no rain. There are silicon cases on ebay but they don't make much sense, only cover one route of water ingress, the button on the top, doesn't cover the other holes

      I didn't try, officially 1 year warranty, and it was 1 year and 1 week that camera broke. I bought it from Supercheap, according to Eufys warranty conditions I can only return to Supercheap, didn't feel like having a warranty debate/argument with a supercheap employee, would have bothered with a claim form if I could have done it online directly with eufy

    Wow. I also got it from Supercheap. At the moment I got one camera with this cover on under open sky. I hope I don't experience same issue as you. Sorry to hear that… And fingers x for me.
