Alright so here's my story that I thought I'd share here for the benefit of other OzBargainers.
If you're like me you probably use your chopper to lock in the best fuel price in Australia, all well and good. Now I was aware that it is technically a breach of the T's & C's but I figured that as long as the 7-Eleven store staff don't care or question me then I'm fine.
It was a Saturday night and I forgot to use my fuel lock, however, the attendant said it was all fine and that as I had the receipt I could contact 7-Eleven customer support to claim the difference and I did.
Hello,
This evening I went to my local 7 eleven to fuel up. I had my Fuel price locked and when I went to pay but I forgot to use my fuel lock, the Cashier said the best thing to do was to contact customer support (you guys) for compensation. The price I had locked at was 181.9 for dieselI have attached a picture of my receipt for reference.
Regards
I sent that and 3 day's later I received this;

So they deleted my account because I contacted them to ask for the price difference.
Anyway, just thought I'd share my experience and advice here for future reference of others. If your are breaching there terms and conditions by using a chopper to pay for fuel then I suggest never ever contact them.
At least I have 5 other accounts lol.
what is a "chopper" and how does it work?
