Loan Application to Approval Time? What Is Everyone Getting?

Hi all,

Curious what timeline you have seen with the lenders (ANZ, CBA, Suncorp, Athena etc) recently?

I assume it’s a quick turn around between application submission and approval/rejection because there are fewer transaction? Or maybe more people are refinancing.

  6 weeks through broker and still wasn’t approved for me bank, then as an urgent thing 1.5 days through cba with connections. Goes to show how long it really takes lol.

  NAB - 1-3 Days depending on complexity.
