There are much better options out there and I would never recommend buying from sparesbox. I am not sure if they have a single person packing orders or if they just really don't care, shipping times are horrendous and customer service is abysmal.
I've had good and bad experiences with them. Same as all companies really.
They have been consistently terrible from the first time someone recommended them to me. I gave them benefit of the doubt several times as a result of their extensive range with no luck, as someone that plays with cars I don't know a single person that hasn't had a shit experience with them.
I bought a K&N panel filter from them via eBay. After the estimated delivery date lapsed I followed it up and apparently it was out of stock (why bother listing it if it's out of stock?!). They gave me the option to wait or cancel and I opted to wait as they were the cheapest and I wasn't in a rush. Eventually that time lapsed too so I followed it up. Apparently it was shipped 2 weeks earlier but was lost in transit, so they sent another. It eventually arrived, and the original one arrived a month later , so bonus air filter! I recently purchased their Meguiars 2L Gold Class shampoo from the OzB deal and they shipped me two so I split it with a mate.
I'll admit that one time I ordered some brake pads for my Mitsubishi and got some pads for a mini.

Unless Sparesbox is significantly cheaper, I won't get it from them, and only if I'm prepared to wait because they either don't have stock (even when they say they have) or deliver a week after you order. For every 10 purchase from them you'll only get 2-3 that is shipped on time (within 1-2 days).
