Anyone know when there might be cheap PS Plus subscription offers floating around ? Mine is up and ive just grabbed a single month hoping to get cheap 12mth available sometime soon instead of forking out full price 12mth subscription. I dont think there have been any for a while now.

Yeah i dont recall anything in may. I was looking knowing mine was about to run out.

I've been going from month to month for about 4 months, skipping a week in between, hoping for something… I finally caved and paid for the year. Probably November, as people have said, and you can stack memberships.
Haven't seen any decent sales for a while. They usually have them around that "Days of Play" promotion that I think runs twice a year about May and November. I don't think they had any offers in May though, presumably because they were gearing up for the restructure of the PS+ service into the new tiered subscription model. They might run it again in November and have a sale then, I suppose. Or maybe around Christmas time when there's usually a sale on.
Otherwise, see if you can get hold of discounted gift cards for the likes of JB or EB Games and use the gift card to buy PS Store credit and pay for the subscription that way, but I think the best case discount on gift cards like that is about 10%, usually less.
Note that the subscriptions do stack, so worst case if you have to pay full price now and a sale comes up later, you can still take advantage of the sale then and it'll add on to your existing one (at least I assume they can still stack after the tier restructure thing… I haven't actually tried since then).
