Created using traditional wine making techniques of open fermentation and cold soaking in small open top fermenters, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon has spent 18 months maturing in elegant French oak.
The palate is concentrated with some black olive, bay leaf and herbal inflections.
There is plenty of oak freshness complemented by sleek tannins to give a soft finish to this medium to full bodied weight wine.
Recommended to cellar for 8-10 years.
