    It doesn’t cost $699.

  • I don't think I've seen a rivers post go very well, let's see how this one runs lmao

    • I had no idea Rivers started to sell stuff like this

Next minute. Deals on video cards and lettuce.

        • Don't forget eneloops

  • Product review lists someone getting this for $139 in Oct 2021. Most people seem disappointed with their purchase, which I guess is in line with my experience of Rivers shoes and clothes.

Good old Phil, making a review based on his experience with reviews

Seems to be around $160-$200 at most other places, so only a small discount.

This kinda defeats the purpose of an 'Air Fryer' 24 L is too big to really be an Air Fryer. This is a convection oven.

I did actually buy one of these some time ago - yes it's big as an airfryer but other than the shoddy build quality (rotisserie mechanism fell off - needed to open/fix and very sharp metal casing) it's been a good purchase…. replaces my mini oven too for toasting stuff… fairly happy with it…

I have this model. Paid $125 shipped June 2021, from a site called Saveten which doesn't seem to be exist anymore.
Definitely happy at that price - we use ours several times a week.
Rotisserie function will only rotate a relatively small hunk of meat be it a small chicken or pork roast etc.
Worth noting that airfryers of this size will cook slower than their basket-style varients. Cooking time is somewhere between basket style airfryer and a regular fan forced oven. Enough room to cook two separate levels of food. Heats up quickly.
Any further queries I am happy to answer.

I have a 73 litre air fryer at home…I love it.

  • Don't Pay $699.00

Thanks, wouldn't have dreamt of it

  • The problem with these air fryers and most others is they take too long to heat up using a resistor based heating element; same as an oven.

If you want something that heaps up instantly and is more flexible then get quartz based heating elements…

    • +1

Are they quartzer of the price?

  • Generally cost 50% more..

    But saves on electricity/time :-)

  • This is the regular price they have them at woolworths for $159 so if anything it’s $10 saving not as much as rrp$699

This. OZB has to crack down on these #fakedeals

  • Isn't an air fryer… an oven?
Why not call it a small oven?
