For the past two days I have been unable to download any content to my tablet from Stan.
The downloads start at a snail's pace and then stop altogether.
I have been through all of the usual troubleshooting steps with Stan but to no avail.
Oh and it's not my internet connection, I have a very stable NBN50 service with an average download speed of 56 Mbps.
I have no issues downloading content from Netflix and Prime Video to the same device.
Anyone Else Having Problems Downloading from Stan?

what is the model ? I just tried to download a random video from Stan on my Android phone, it was fast as any other download with my NBN50 too

Yes the Stan app. Same issue downloading to my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. That's why I thought the problem was at Stan's end.

Interesting to hear, do you have the same issue if you use the smartphone mobile internet (instead of wifi). I feel like, if you get the same problem on your mobile internet, since you've tried two devices then its either a Stan issue or a Samsung issue specific. If you don't then you know its an internet issue.
Thanks, the Optus 4G speed on my smartphone is crap compared to the Wi-Fi speed.
Anyway, I gave it a go and the download issue persists.UPDATE: Stan has conceded that the issue is at its end and is working on a resolution.
Try download a small episode using a mobile connection as a quick way to rule out your router/internet. Or just try restarting your router
